Yes. Screen cleaning and track cleaning are add-ons to any window cleaning: for a home up to 25 panes, screens are $50 and tracks are $125 (larger homes are listed on our pricing page). Screens and tracks are honestly half the transformation. Screens act like air filters for your windows; here in Pensacola they load up with salt, pollen and dust until the whole window looks gray even when the glass is clean. We pull each screen, hand-wash it with soft brushes and a mild solution, rinse it and put it back. We never use a pressure washer on screens, because it stretches and tears the mesh. Tracks get vacuumed or brushed out first, then scrubbed and wiped so sliders glide instead of grinding on sand, which is a real quality-of-life fix on patio doors. If we find torn or pet-damaged mesh while washing, we also do screen repair and can usually re-mesh your existing frames for far less than new screens.
