What if it rains right after my cleaning?
One-time cleans are covered by our 24-hour rain protection guarantee. Quarterly plan members are covered for 7 days (triannual and biannual members for 3 days). If rain causes spotting within your covered window, we'll come back and touch up affected windows for free.
Are you insured?

Do I need to be home for service?
