New build in Pace — how do we get stickers and construction dust off the windows?
We just closed on a new construction home off Woodbine Road and every window still has manufacturer stickers, bits of paint, and a film of drywall dust. The builder's cleaner wiped the insides but the windows still look rough. Is this a regular window cleaning job or something different?

Something different — and you're smart to ask before anyone starts scrubbing. Builder stickers, adhesive residue, paint specks, and drywall dust are bonded contamination, not ordinary dirt, and new windows often have coatings that need to be identified before choosing a removal method. Our post-construction window cleaning evaluates the glass first, then carefully removes the labels, adhesive, and jobsite residue, and finishes with a detailed clean of the glass, tracks, and sills. One honest caveat: cleaning removes surface contamination — it can't fix scratches or installation defects that are sometimes hiding under the mess, and we'll point those out if we find them. After that first deep clean, a normal maintenance plan keeps it easy: window cleaning in Pace. Congrats on the new place — call or text 850-378-3301.
