A few Tiger Point specifics worth adding. Golf course lots have their own window enemies: irrigation overspray is the big one — sprinkler water is mineral-heavy, and when it hits glass day after day it bakes into hard water spotting that regular cleaning won't remove (that's a restoration job — we do those too, so ask if your east-facing glass already has permanent-looking white spots). Fairway fertilizer dust, mower debris, and pond-side mildew round out the mix, and the Sound-side salt air is quieter than beachfront but never zero. Practically: we'll spot which sprinkler heads are catching your windows and tell you, because re-aiming one rotor can save a pane; course-facing glass usually needs cleaning about twice as often as street-facing, which the quarterly plan handles neatly at $100 off every visit with the 7-day rain guarantee; and pool cages — half of Tiger Point has one — get their glass cleaned inside the lanai as part of the job.
