How long does window cleaning take?
A question we often hear from homeowners in North Hill.
Roughly how long does a window cleaning job take? Trying to plan my day around it here in North Hill.
Answer from the WAHOO! Team
Most standard homes take us 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on the size, the number of windows, and whether it's inside-and-out or exterior only. Bigger or two-story homes can run longer. We'll give you a time estimate when we book.
Answer from the WAHOO! Team
Adding some real numbers so you can plan your day. A typical exterior-only visit on an average Pensacola-area home — say 25 to 40 panes — runs about 60 to 90 minutes. A full first-visit deep clean with interior glass, hand-washed screens, and scrubbed tracks usually takes 2 to 4 hours depending on pane count, stories, and how long it's been since the last cleaning. Bigger homes with 60+ panes or heavy buildup can run longer, and we'd rather tell you that upfront than rush your glass. A few things speed it up on your end: unlock gates, clear window sills inside, and move anything fragile off the sill line. Maintenance visits get faster over time too — once you're on our quarterly service plan, buildup never gets a foothold, so those visits stay on the quick end while costing $100 less than one-time pricing. When we quote your home we'll give you a time estimate along with the price, and we text an arrival window the morning of. Call or text 850-378-3301 for your free quote — we'll clean one window free at the estimate so you can watch the process yourself.
