Do I need to be home for window cleaning?

Do I need to be home when you come out, or can you do it while I'm at work?

Nope! As long as we can access the windows, you don't need to be home — lots of our customers are at work when we show up. We'll text you when we're on the way, when we're done, and send your invoice digitally. Easy.

One more thing worth knowing on this: what we need access to depends on the service. For exterior-only visits — which is what our quarterly service plan covers — we just need gate access and working outdoor spigots, so most members never adjust their schedule at all. For a full deep clean with interior glass, someone does need to let us in, but plenty of customers leave a door code or have a neighbor swing by. We're licensed and insured, and the same family crew shows up every time, which is why so many customers are comfortable with us working while they're at the office. We confirm the day before, text when we're en route with an arrival window, and send photos with the digital invoice when we wrap up. If you have pets, just tell us their names and whether they're door-dashers — we're careful with gates and we've met most of the dogs in Pensacola at this point.
